"I want to thank you for the intangibles that decades of therapy could not give me"

I met Anodea in the 90's at a workshop. I forget the exact name. But I experienced things at deeper levels than before in my meditative journeys. I saw a web connecting Earth and Heaven, and was very attuned to the animal totem of the spider. Now, thanks to an exercise in the Mindvalley program, I feel more rooted in my living space. Trauma survivors know this a BIG thing. I have not yet completed the program, but I want to thank you for the intangibles that decades of therapy could not give me.
