This program has brought me back towards inner awareness of who I am through each of the chakras, where my blocks are and giving practical tips about manifesting and visualising your life. I loved the needs vs wants to exercise and creating your dream team as I felt like this brought everything to life. Whilst I’ve been doing a fair amount of spiritual work over the last 2-3 years I liked that this helped me go deeper and co to use my journey. The workbook and chakra healing exercises can be reused which is a great way of revisiting any blocks and bringing you back to center. Thank you!!
