Before this program I have always wanted to better my self and I didn’t really know why. But after going through the first half I realized that my childhood trauma was a big part of my problem and I just thought I could just bury it deep down inside me while I stay in my own head to get away from the world and to just let things happen to me. But thanks to this program I have learned that my root chakra was so contradicting that I was in a state of bipolar but know I’m learning how to be more balanced with my Lowe self.
