Before this program I was on a path to learn about the spiritual mystery of the universe as a Christian. I had become active in a Christian community about 5 years before I began the program. I had begun to find my place in the Christian community. Taking this program has given me an experience that has given me some insight how spiritual energy flows, especially through the body. It has given me great tools and insight to aid in prayer and meditation. It has expanded my spiritual awareness.
