This is a radical transformative quest for life.
Before this quest I didn't pay much attention to my breathing nor I understood how important it is to our physical and mental health.
By learning some of the science behind breathing and many of the breathwork techniques and meditations in this quest, I now have a much deeper understanding of its benefits for our overall health and wellness. Not only that, but I now carry the knowledge and tools to share with others and improve other people's lives.
There are many benefits for doing this quest, and I felt these:
- Improved my CO2 tolerance and I now have much longer breath hold times (I went from 40 seconds to 92 seconds in two weeks!)
 - Improved my emotional stability
 - Helped me focus better on tasks at hand
 - Felt a prolonged harmonious state throughout the day
 - Felt blissful and ecstatic sensations during the meditations
 - Developed healthier habits for life.
I definitely recommend this quest to anyone interested in upgrading their health and wellness and start feeling the effects now.
