"I really enjoyed it and I had so much energy for the rest of the afternoon"

I really enjoyed Soma breathwork with Niraj here.

I had moments where I had tears coming up. So I really wanted something to release. And I needed to almost stop and breathe because there were so many emotions coming up. I was surprised by the intensity.
I really enjoyed it and I had so much energy for the rest of the afternoon.

Most of the entrepreneurs that I work with, their problem is their run and spin in their head. So it's really about getting them into their body again. The feeling to get them down and do the breathwork is the quickest way to get back into the body.
