"Over the last two weeks, I have gone from 100 yards once to 100 yards 16 times"

Before starting this program, I watched the free module. I decided to try working on my exercise asthma.

Previously if I ran 100 yards, I would be out of breath with a hurting chest for several minutes. Over the last two weeks, I have gone from 100 yards once to 100 yards 16 times. I had tried to increase this several times over my life with little effect so it looks as though this technique is helping.
