"What do I hope to get out of this Quest? Disrupt my thought process."

Hi fellow thought provokers… the last couple of years have been immensely challenging for me. Just when the world went into lockdown with Covid-19 I decided to take control of my life and pull myself out of deep depression and alcoholism. What helped gain me strength was my own personal quest for getting in touch with my spiritual side. I actually stumbled across Mindvalley by chance and here I am… What do I hope to get out of this Quest? Disrupt my thought process.
