Towards the end of last year I left a job I was unhappy in and began a new career. Around about the same time I began to discover meditation through such sites as Smiling Mind and UCLA. I also began watching Master Classes at Mindvalley. Something in me stirred, the desire for a better life and meaning and the idea that I had potential and abilities that could be used to heal myself and help others. I took the plunge and signed up for my first quest and here I am!
