"In just about 10 days I felt it's possible to bend the reality."

Until a week ago I was extremely negative about everything. I felt agitated at small things and kept my feeling bottled up. I feel i was at victims level of consciousness. But still being at that level my mind would hope for a change but hope was always broken down by an inner voice saying "this cannot happen". i came across Mindvalley Reconstructing the reality Masterclass by Vishen Lakhani. This way i could evaluate myself. I started talking to myself and in few days I felt I can have control and the biggest thing that occurred was it made me show GRATITUDE for even the smallest things. In just about 10 days I felt it's possible to bend the reality. I am looking forward to completing the quest. One other major aspect that change, was my responses towards my 5 year old son and also my husband . My conversations with my son have shifted and I am making him also see how just simply segment intending for a playdate can help him enjoy his day ! Thank you so much for your help, Saima
