Ich habe interessante Erfahrungen in diesem Kurs gemacht. Ich weiß es nicht ob ich es mir einbilde oder es sind die Auswirkungen der Übung sich selbst zu lieben, dass ich beobachte, dass es mir emotional besser geht. Meine Vorstellung ist ein bessere Verbundenheit mit meiner Familie zu haben und ein besserer Vater für meine Kinder zu sein. Ich habe Schwierigkeiten meine Ziele zu definieren.Deswegen bin ich mir nicht sicher ob das was ich mir vorgestellt habe auch der Wahrheit entspricht oder ob es ein gesellschaftliche Erwartung ist, wie ein Familie funktionieren soll..Ich werde weiter üben im Verbundenheit danke ich euch.
