I have recently completed Vishen's course and I loved it. Meditation is now a part of my daily routine and I am using many of the techniques he taught. I am making progress with personal growth, but I still have a long way to go before I am confident, self accepting and using my abilities fully. However, Vishen's course has set me along the path to achieving these things. I hope Marissa's course will be another step on the journey towards fulfillment.
