"Loved every minute of it"

Last year I faced a few challenges including redundancy and bereavement as a result I decided to follow my dream and became a self employed artist based in Scottish Highlands. It has been a tough learning curve. 

Thanks to this program I now feel much more positive and confident. I feel like I am moving forward positively and am more focused about realising my vision to share my creative skills to promote health and well being. I did not believe that I would be able to commit to 30 days as I was too busy etc, however I have to say it was never an option to miss anything from this fantastic program. Loved every minute of it.
