I have lost over 3 stone, thanks to Paul's help. I was 15 stone last year and now I am under 12 stone! Thank you ♥️
This time last year, I was pre-diabetic, high blood pressure, high triglycerides, was diagnosed as anemic. I was on 3 lots of medication from the doctor for a mixture of tummy problems and anemia. 
Today I have 100% perfect health. All my blood results are normal. I am off all medication. I believe it was down to losing weight. Thanks to Paul's help.
I have loved his work from the very start. I remember when I was younger watching The Wonderful Hypnotic World of Paul McKenna on TV and that was the very first book I ever owned, with the swirly cover.
I FEEL AMAZING!!! I found something I LOVE, I got a bike and cycle every day, for my one form of exercise in the 2020 Corona lockdown.
You are a wonderful person. Thank you for all the help you have given me. Your tools have given me my life and health back.
