"The practices and techniques I learnt became part of my everyday life and they still are today."

I am a 57-year-old retired police officer who runs a successful Ltd Company, Academy Recruit Training Ltd. My interest in Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP) began about 30 years ago.
Around then I discovered a book called Change your life in 7 days by Paul McKenna. The book did exactly that. I became a happier, more content, confident, positive person. I was familiar with some NLP principles, but this book brought everything together in an enjoyable easy to read way.
The practices and techniques I learnt became part of my everyday life and they still are today.
I occasionally revisit the book for a boost and because I enjoy it.
I retired from the Police 8 years ago as an Inspector which was the rank I had aspired to. For my last twenty years in the police, I also had a private business coaching Police Officers and potential recruits how to pass police assessment centers. My success rates in this business were exceptional. As part of my coaching I taught my students techniques I learnt from Paul, I also recommended Pauls's books which many of them bought.
Through the years I have had ups and downs in my personal and professional life as does everyone, but I have managed the bad times and enjoyed the good times with a general feeling of positivity that I learnt through Paul’s coaching.
