Since being introduced to Paul McKenna course, I have gained mental strength and resilience that has helped me on the front line as a paramedic during this pandemic. Paul gave me the ‘tools’ to maintain my mental strength and to make a difference every day.
I owe Paul my life, as without his guidance I would not be here to do the amazing job I do.
