"That experience became a turning point in my life, and since then, many things have changed for the better"

I had a tough start in life, but I don’t see myself as someone to be pitied.
I’ve struggled with dyslexia as well as motor and speech difficulties. This made my childhood and teenage years challenging, especially when it came to learning. I received valuable support at a special school in Oslo.
Over time, I learned to stand on my own two feet. I taught myself English and computer skills, traveled the world alone, and developed a passion for technical things. I was also involved in starting a clubhouse in Drammen (a psychiatric support service), and I have had my own periods in and out of psychiatry. Through this, I’ve both received and given a lot of support, and I’ve helped many people who have gone through tough times.
Meditation has been part of my life for over 15 years, and I’ve spent many years learning about self-healing and gaining knowledge in that area. Still, I felt something was missing. I began to think that hypnosis might be the key to helping me further.
I remembered Paul McKenna from the 1990s, from his TV show where he got people to do funny and fascinating things. Later, I discovered that he also used hypnosis to help people on a deeper level. I started searching for his events, and suddenly I found exactly what I needed: “Change Your Life in 2 Days” – in London, just 2–3 weeks away.
I couldn’t let the chance pass me by, so I bought a ticket and traveled from Norway. That experience became a turning point in my life, and since then, many things have changed for the better.
