I love ? Paul’s technique and I have been listening to his recordings prior to this quest. I have been meditating off and on since I was eight years old and have listened to probably hundreds of different types of hypnosis and meditations. But Paul provides so many layers of sounds, vibrations, tones in his voice, and guided visualizations that it makes his sessions ten times more visceral. I love how his voice and tone fluctuate all through his sessions. He is like a fine-tuned instrument ? and he is a master at knowing the precise moments to go high, deep, fast, or slow and has an agenda with every second of it. I absolutely love him. ??
