Emily's teachings of meditation have helped me find a closer relationship with myself. No matter what comes up during meditation, after doing it, I feel I've taken the time to really "look" and take care of myself. Also, the more I do this, the more strength and resolve shows up for me, making me feel less dependent on outside happenings or people to be at peace and content. It has been the best investment I've ever made
