Emily's Meditation is totally different from any other kind of meditation I’d either tried or heard about. This is a meditation you can do on the subway, in a car, on your own, with other people, with noise, with real life happening around you. To be able to do that twice a day is a respite. I feel much more alert in the day now than I did before, and I’m more perceptive when it comes to my thoughts and feelings.
