I learned meditation from Emily at Ziva and I was surprised how this practice gave me even more energy to dance my heart out with our clients at 305. When you dance as hard as we do, it is imperative that you give the body and mind a powerful way to recharge. Ziva gave me that and Emily makes it fun!
