"Such a simplistic way of looking at Life and instilling Joy into our lives"

I completed my Quest today, or shall I say this Quest today....what a beautiful Quest. I have always been an ardent follower of Sadhguru, so was delighted when I saw this program on Mindvalley. And of course, in spite of doing all the programs at the Ashram, I had to do this Quest as well. And it has been so beautifully put together. Such a simplistic way of looking at Life and instilling Joy into our lives. Such simple instructions which so easily detangle all the complex situations of how we look at Life. Just loved this Quest and a must for everyone. Once you have the basics in place, you are ready to graduate higher and this I would say should be the first program to start on the Mindvalley platform. Love it...love it...just loved it. Joyfully yours.....
