7 days to happiness

"I noticed my emotions are much better throughout the day and if it's something unpleasant, I let it go right away"

When I joined Mindvalley, this is the first quest that I took. I wanted to make sure that before I grow, I wanted to be contented and happy of where I am today. I understand it now more than ever what it takes to be happy, like being present in the moment and noticing if I'm worried about something. I noticed my emotions are much better throughout the day and if it's something unpleasant, I let it go right away.
I am also contented now because I never compare myself with other people as I too have my own little victory and something to be grateful for. I learned how to thank other people, forgive them and myself, accept my flaws and accept that nothing is perfect. Lastly, the inevitable pain that every human must go through. It is not a curse but a reminder that something is wrong and we should do something about it. If you're ever unhappy or haven't realize how it is to be fully happy, join the quest!
