7 Days To Breaking Up With Sugar

"Now, I am more aware, mindful and truly committed"

Before this program, I developed, what I thought, was an unbreakable addiction to sugar. I tried all kinds of ways to break this addiction to no avail. During the very first day of this challenge, I felt inspired and excited to know the background of why this battle with sugar has been so difficult for me and countless others. I decided on Day 1 to go on a quest. This quest opened my eyes to just how granular the details can go for the sake of financial gain. In the past, I would simply read labels and thought that the "healthy" food aisles around the perimeter of the "junk" food aisles would solve my challenges with my addiction. Going without sugar AT ALL sounds daunting, yet I am excited. We have made sugar so easy to find that it is now like we are back to hunting and gathering as we sift through the processed foods, genetically modified introduction into our once fully natural sources of nutrition and the countless industries that thrive from the massive sugar addiction and its side effects. Now, I am more aware, mindful and truly committed to allow my body to do what it was designed to do with the proper food as fuel. Let's go!
