It took me from eating process sugary yoghurts and sugar in my fruit juices to plain fruit juices, barely eating any refined sugar ( by about 80% less) and only rarely eating refined sugar when with friends which was very rare. Moreover, it made me completely conscious of eating sugar and how I felt eating it which helped me in making extremely little to no effort in choosing not to eat sugar when I notice it or when others eat it.
It almost completely rid me of any urge or unpleasant feeling of noticing sugar and not being able to eat it. This has actually made me feel less lazy, more motivated and reduced my allergies to dust incredible and made me feel less lethargic. It is an incredible helpful quest and I thank Eric Edmeades.
