I am free of sugar since the middle off 2019 year. I have to do that in order to lose the excess of 80 pounds. I also eliminate alcohol during that year and all through year 2020. 
I love the way Eric shows us a way To change old relationships with food to a new more healthy and mindful relationship. This is very important to maintain my healthy weight, because loose your extra pounds is the easy part, but maintenance is another story. There is where the meat is if you want to really change your life for the good and forever. And I mean not only a new and healthier relationship with food, but with myself and with others. I really have a strong intention to enroll in Eric Quest WILDFIT, so I will soon. Expect me!
