7 Days To Breaking Up With Sugar

" I have not found it hard to cut out sugar for 6 days now"

I am on day 6 out of 7 in the “Break up with sugar” course.
I have not found it hard to cut out sugar for 6 days now. I even went to a street fair with all kinds of baked goods, and did not have any!
However, now we are supposed to cut out fruit. Earlier we had to eat fruit before breakfast, which made me feel surprisingly great. I know they talk about our “Food Devil” trying to convince us to cheat. But this feels different, because I don’t believe in any diet that asks us to eliminate a who category of foods such as fruit, vegetables, meats, or grains. That seems unbalanced.
I will finish this course tomorrow and probably have some fruit the next day. I do feel healthier without refined sugar in my diet.
