"I couldn't believe all the sugar even in Coconut milk"

Before joining this sugar, I honestly wasn't going to give up anything. What made me aware was the ingredients, I couldn't believe all the sugar even in Coconut milk. 
I no longer have sugar in coffee, I cut out artificial sugars. 

The loss of different types of sugar was mind-boggling. I hate to say it, but one of the things I don't want to give up is Fruit. I'm having a hard time with that. I'm not having fruit, but I sincerely need it. Till next time...
