"I have no sweet cravings after a 3 week period of conscious eating"

It's wonderful how we can adapt to certain mental states. I have no sweet cravings after a 3 week period of conscious eating.
The only times I've had chocolate is when my partner or colleagues have offered a piece and I accept due to the habit of saying yes to treats. Could you imagine - it doesn't taste as it used to! It's way too sweet and I do not get any emotional fulfillment out of it.
Thank you! Thank you! Thank you!
