7 Days To Breaking Up With Sugar

"I already feel so much better & more ‘in control' "

Hi everyone - sharing this way doesn’t come naturally to me but I am working on it as I know how inspiring it has been for me to read other people’s experiences.

Before this program I definitely had a problem with sugar - especially chocolate ?- triggered by stress usually!
Despite understanding the harmful effects of this to my health generally & dentally! I have ‘flip flopped’ between being very strict & healthy & enjoying my freedom from chocolate especially & refined carbohydrates & relapse even though I feel bad when I am in ‘relapse’.

Thus Quest has really helped refocus on the importance of regaining control in this area. I already feel so much better & more ‘in control’.
I have found that when I feel tempted to eat something sugary it is usually stress-related / boredom.
Instead of ‘giving in ‘ I have found making the effort to get outside in the fresh air with nature - especially walking the dogs is so helpful. I have been wanting to do Eric’s Wildfit program for a while.

Once my current x2 other Mindvalley Quests are complete ( Duality & The Immunity Blueprint) I will be signing up.

A big thanks to my special friend for introducing me to MINDVALLEY & to Vishen for his vision to developing this amazing learning platform.
It is truly transformational. So many life-enriching, fascinating areas to explore. Namaste ? ?⭐️?

"I have not eaten added sugars ever since completing the quest in June 2022"

I used to eat that 6-pack of donuts in a day. Maybe 10 full-sized Reese's Cups a day. I also ate healthy food, very healthy food, the superfoods. But, I also ate whatever I wanted, a pint of ice cream. Whenever I wanted. Why? Because it tasted good, bc I wanted to, and because I didn...
