"Thanks to this quest, I was reminded how harmful negative self-talk can be"

Before taking this quest, I had the habit of practicing constant self-lashing for being far from where I want to be in life.

In thanks to this quest, I was reminded how harmful negative self-talk can be. I am consciously reversing the negative talk into a positive one and I feel a lot better. I can't wait to move to the stage of believing these positive thoughts and have them internalized!!
