Before this program, I felt that as I got older my ability to memorize information did not work as well as when I was a teenager. After taking this class, I know that I have a lot more control over my memory and my ability to learn. I need to follow a few key steps which will help me to feel better about my ability to learn. Jim made it very easy to understand and his tips are extremely helpful. The reason why I enrolled in this Quest was to have a better understanding of how people learn so that I can incorporate what I have been learning in my classroom with my students. I know that this information will help them to be successful in their studies. I am very grateful to have been able to shift my thinking and I am excited to know more. My next step is to take the full Quest to develop my skills even further.
