5 Days To A Powerful Memory

"Mindvalley and studying/brain training is definitely helping!!!"

The reason I enrolled in this Quests is, that I have the hereditary disease, already my mom, my grand'mom, great-grand'momprobably suffered from. I am the first one with a diagnosis, the disease has only been discovered since they can read DNA.
One of the symptoms is memory difficulties. I had a stroke in 2018 and I definitely suffer from brain damage. I speak different languages and this definitely helps neuroplasticity.
Since I have a daughter (chances she has it is 50%/50%) and a grand'dauuther, I WANT TO DO EVERYTHING to help to find a treatment!
Mindvalley and studying/brain training is definitely helping!!!
I am slow following the program, but the coaching helps immensely!
