Before this program I was lacking confidence to take the business further as I felt there must be something I missed in my previous training. Thanks to the program as I feel more advanced and ready to handle any challenge that comes along. I have grown personally to a point that I am able to empower my clients with…

Gratitude. Since a teenager I have been passionate about living a conscious life, Lifebook brought it all together. The biggest shift for me was in the finances section. A light went on inside that has transformed years of guilt and shame about having money. This is knowing I am truly part of the solution not the…

As a psychologist, with an already busy private practice, I was nonetheless at a point where I felt my approach had grown somewhat stale. It had nothing to do with my knowledge or the tools I had at my disposal; it may have been that I'd lost sight of the "why" I do what I do, causing me to slip into a kind of…

Before I started this program I was frustrated and lost as to where to start developing coaching packages for my business services as well as how to structure the payment plan that can inspire my clients. This program has developed the most needed skills that enable me to have clear steps to take towards starting my…

Before this programme, I had masses of coaching tools on leadership, teamwork, well-being, personal mastery and employee engagement. I tended to develop the coaching programme as we went along, based on topics raised by the clients. Now I have organised my coaching into specific focus areas which is making it so much…

Before Lifebook, I had an idea of what I wanted to achieve in a few areas. But I never wrapped them up so neatly. After my video sessions, I went out to engineer my day, with Jon's voice driving around with me. I noticed EVERYTHING. EVERYTHING needed an upgrade. But last year I started really opening myself up to new perspectives and the self development world. When I started…

I am so inspired by [Lifebook Online] that it is what I share constantly with all my friends . I have, for the first time in my 49 years, actually sat down and looked at every area of my life, and defined what I want and why. And most powerful is the how. I have really had to think. It feels to me like before I started…

The most awesome thing for me is that I can delve into the knowledge of so many "success" or like minded beings pool of resources without struggling with a network system and the chance to meet with them or they randomly coming across my path. I can sit in the comfort of my home and workplace and learn so much from…

Never thought I'd be able to write so much about my own life! Deliberately deciding on what I want for each category, really simplified & fine-tuned my focus. What I really found incredibly valuable was John's non-judging view and insight he brought to each subject. That really helped me open my mind to more than the…

My biggest insights came through the understanding of how the 3 pillars tie up and how to actually implement these instrumental parts in my coaching. I have the confidence now to start helping clients heal and have a holistic approach to their health.

I was at my heaviest in my life, I looked tired and old, I was sat down by my doctor and told I was at risk of heart disease and diabetes... I have lost over 15kgs (about 33 pounds), dropped 9% in body fat, increased my vitality, sleeping the best I have in years despite the stressful job I have and most importantly, I feel so amazing inside.
