Before this program, I didn't know where to even begin, to get a Coaching Business off the ground... Thanks to this program, I have a step-by-step guide on how to approach this matter. In actual fact, we worked through every step already during the program. There is a whole community participating, encouraging, and…

Before this program I attempted to start my coaching business a few times, well in actual fact I have been trying for quite a number of years but lost my drive and energy along the way. Thanks to this program, I have done more in the past 3 weeks than I have in the past few years. It was so easy to follow and very…

The reason I took a challenge was that my efforts to lose weight were not paying off. I will reduce food portions stop consuming starch and will see movement. Once I go back to maintenance, starting to introduce the foods I cut to lose weight the weight came back again. Then, I decided that I have to choose one thing…

Before this program I didn't really consider what level of consciousness I have been in and currently shifting into too. I now recognize from Day 1 on the Becoming Extraordinary that I am currently in the glorious stage of Level 2 and moments of level 3. I do have to check that I not slump back into level 1 on occasion…

I joined this program in the middle of my exams, while working full time. During lockdown I've been using the same desk for studies, work and my small part-time business. Feeling extremely overwhelmed and unproductive in all of my responsibilities, I signed-up, hoping to get some "pointers" to steer me in the right…

Before Lifebook, I had an idea of what I wanted to achieve in a few areas. But I never wrapped them up so neatly. After my video sessions, I went out to engineer my day, with Jon's voice driving around with me. I noticed EVERYTHING. EVERYTHING needed an upgrade. I must say, it's easy for me to 'see' my dream home. I've…

Before Lifebook I felt stuck. I've recently turned 26 and my twenties were difficult. I was struggling with feelings of worthlessness, emptiness and a lingering sadness. I felt incapable and behind. But last year I started really opening myself up to new perspectives and the self development world. When I started…

I am so inspired by [Lifebook Online] that it is what I share constantly with all my friends . I have, for the first time in my 49 years, actually sat down and looked at every area of my life, and defined what I want and why. And most powerful is the how. I have really had to think. It feels to me like before I started…

The most awesome thing for me is that I can delve into the knowledge of so many "success" or like minded beings pool of resources without struggling with a network system and the chance to meet with them or they randomly coming across my path. I can sit in the comfort of my home and workplace and learn so much from…

Never thought I'd be able to write so much about my own life! Deliberately deciding on what I want for each category, really simplified & fine-tuned my focus. What I really found incredibly valuable was John's non-judging view and insight he brought to each subject. That really helped me open my mind to more than the…

My biggest insights came through the understanding of how the 3 pillars tie up and how to actually implement these instrumental parts in my coaching. I have the confidence now to start helping clients heal and have a holistic approach to their health.

I was at my heaviest in my life, I looked tired and old, I was sat down by my doctor and told I was at risk of heart disease and diabetes... I have lost over 15kgs (about 33 pounds), dropped 9% in body fat, increased my vitality, sleeping the best I have in years despite the stressful job I have and most importantly, I feel so amazing inside.
