🇿🇦Stories from South Africa

Greetings to all lifebookers out there, before Lifebook I wanted to improve my life but did not have a clear perspective on how to go about it and now after my experience with Lifebook, I have clear goals of every expect of my life. And I am receiving life-changing opportunities. Thank you very much.

Before Lifebook, I had an idea of what I wanted to achieve in a few areas. But I never wrapped them up so neatly. After my video sessions, I went out to engineer my day, with Jon's voice driving around with me. I noticed EVERYTHING. EVERYTHING needed an upgrade. I must say, it's easy for me to 'see' my dream home. I've…

Before Lifebook I felt stuck. I've recently turned 26 and my twenties were difficult. I was struggling with feelings of worthlessness, emptiness and a lingering sadness. I felt incapable and behind. But last year I started really opening myself up to new perspectives and the self development world. When I started…

I am so inspired by [Lifebook Online] that it is what I share constantly with all my friends . I have, for the first time in my 49 years, actually sat down and looked at every area of my life, and defined what I want and why. And most powerful is the how. I have really had to think. It feels to me like before I started…

The most awesome thing for me is that I can delve into the knowledge of so many "success" or like minded beings pool of resources without struggling with a network system and the chance to meet with them or they randomly coming across my path. I can sit in the comfort of my home and workplace and learn so much from…

Never thought I'd be able to write so much about my own life! Deliberately deciding on what I want for each category, really simplified & fine-tuned my focus. What I really found incredibly valuable was John's non-judging view and insight he brought to each subject. That really helped me open my mind to more than the…

My biggest insights came through the understanding of how the 3 pillars tie up and how to actually implement these instrumental parts in my coaching. I have the confidence now to start helping clients heal and have a holistic approach to their health.

I was at my heaviest in my life, I looked tired and old, I was sat down by my doctor and told I was at risk of heart disease and diabetes... I have lost over 15kgs (about 33 pounds), dropped 9% in body fat, increased my vitality, sleeping the best I have in years despite the stressful job I have and most importantly, I feel so amazing inside.

Thanks to this program I have been able to get extremely clear on my Avatar, which is a huge help in my marketing strategy, as well as for formulating my methodology. I was able to sign 2 new clients during the quest, and I am confident applying what I have learned will help me to expand both my own knowledge and my…

[...] The program covered every aspect of my life and made me realize that I have so much more to learn and DO! The biggest impact so far was the decision to declutter my life. I am getting rid of all the "things" society places a value on and putting more energy and resources toward building a life that I can control…

A year ago I found myself at a crossroads. I knew I needed to make some major changes in my career but I wasn't sure how. After 20 years as a high school Chemistry teacher, the last 10 of which I'd spent working in South Africa, Lesotho and Egypt, I knew I needed to be doing more to contribute my talent and skills to…

Before this program, I was a BIG empath living my life completely unaware of how our energy bodies work and how much power I was giving away in so many different areas of my life, mainly my relationships. Thanks to Duality, I now understand the importance of understanding our energy bodies and how it can make the most…
