I felt uncertain about my readiness to start my coaching practice. Now I have not only a stack of resources but also action plans to bring about what I know I am capable of....

Coaching with Rolene has been one of the best investments I have made in myself. It has had such a big impact on me and the way I go about reaching my goals. I can honestly say it has made me more confident in every aspect of my life, especially in pursuing my dreams.

Before Lifebook, I had an idea of what I wanted to achieve in a few areas. But I never wrapped them up so neatly. After my video sessions, I went out to engineer my day, with Jon's voice driving around with me. I noticed EVERYTHING. EVERYTHING needed an upgrade. I must say, it's easy for me to 'see' my dream home. I've…

Before Lifebook I felt stuck. I've recently turned 26 and my twenties were difficult. I was struggling with feelings of worthlessness, emptiness and a lingering sadness. I felt incapable and behind. But last year I started really opening myself up to new perspectives and the self development world. When I started…

I am so inspired by [Lifebook Online] that it is what I share constantly with all my friends . I have, for the first time in my 49 years, actually sat down and looked at every area of my life, and defined what I want and why. And most powerful is the how. I have really had to think. It feels to me like before I started…

I was able to sign 2 new clients during the quest, and I am confident applying what I have learned will help me to expand both my own knowledge and my…

[...] The program covered every aspect of my life and made me realize that I have so much more to learn and DO! The biggest impact so far was the decision to declutter my life. I am getting rid of all the "things" society places a value on and putting more energy and resources toward building a life that I can control…

A year ago I found myself at a crossroads. I knew I needed to make some major changes in my career but I wasn't sure how.
