My biggest win is my profound understanding of what serves me and how much I was influenced by the food industry and all its side branches... for the first time in my life I have that deep true feeling of being in my perfect state of body and mind.

It started with a seminar that I saw on You Tube as an advertisement and suddenly I knew that I really wanted to do this seminar. There was an introductory video, I almost inhaled and was able to implement a lot inside myself. The time had finally come and I was able to register. I felt more and more like scales from…

I was contemplating how to connect my skills and desire to help others into a meaningful second act when I found the Certified Life Coach and Your First $2k Coaching Quests. This was no coincidence! Before this Quest my life was in transition from corporate life and 14-hour days to the next life phase, whatever that…

Before Lifebook, I didn't have clearly defined goals in most of the 12 categories. I didn't thought about the purpose in each category and never took the time to write my visions down. Thanks to Lifebook, I faced all my strengths and weaknesses in each category, what I never did before, like this. And now, my life is…

Before Lifebook I already had a good overview what I want in many of my life categories. But I didn't think about the Why, the How or my Premises. Thanks to Lifebook I know now SO much more about my own dream life! Now I can achieve it because I know where I want to go.

When I did Lifebook in spring 2017 I came across Jon's picture of his body at the age of 29 and 49. The picture fascinated me and challenged my subconscious to believe that everybody has to look and feel old just because it has been born a certain number of years ago. The picture also inspired me to set a goal for…

I started the HoloBody program because I wanted to feel better and be healthier. But it turned into so much more than that. It became a journey that changed not only me but also my family and friends. When I first started, I wasn't sure what to expect, but I trusted the process. The program talked about the mind, body…

As the founder and owner of a beautiful global brand called Healing Hotels of the World with over 115 hotels in all continents, I was always facing financial challenges. Being happy in a healthy body and loving relationship with my husband and my daughter, the only struggle was money. I have done many many many…

I got even more than I bargained for and became an altogether different person. Not only did I win energy from doing this, but I also gained a transformation in mind, body, and soul... I have learned one very fundamental rule that I will live by now because Wildfit has had such a profound effect on me and that is "what we we put into our bodies" is key to our functioning correctly.

Before Lifebook, I had no clue what my life mission could possibly be. I am a bit of a loner, don't like corporate jobs and always stated (half-apologetically) that my life mission must be dreaming if anyone would pay me money for that. Thanks to Lifebook, I found out that my life mission actually IS dreaming! Now, I…
