This is synchronicity at its best: For quite a while and without much success, I've been trying to home in on what I'm for. I tried this and that, accomplished many different things, lately wrote and published a book, started another one and thought I'd finally feel right on track - but still the question remained…

I have always believed in another plains and higher conscience. However, I wasn't very successful in connecting and manifesting. I have always been highly sensitive to energies of other people or situations and tried to avoid negative ones by isolating myself from others. I didn't know how to keep my aura immune to the…

It was a shift in mindset, self assertiveness and most of all control regarding food ultimately a lifestyle change which I did not expect to happen. I just wanted a flat stomach - that was all and what I got was so much more!

Before taking the life coaching certification program, I often felt unsure of how to channel my passion for helping others into a structured path. My sense of direction felt somewhat scattered and I struggled with confidence in my ability to coach others. I knew I had potential, but I needed clarity and professional…

This is a huge thank-you to Jeffrey, the Duality community, and to Mindvalley. I loved Duality. I'm no stranger to energy healing and the world of spirit guides - I walk a shamanic path in this lifetime. But early this year, feeling really REALLY low after one too many virus infections and facing some tough decisions…

Before Lifebook, I didn't have clearly defined goals in most of the 12 categories. I didn't thought about the purpose in each category and never took the time to write my visions down. Thanks to Lifebook, I faced all my strengths and weaknesses in each category, what I never did before, like this. And now, my life is…

Before Lifebook I already had a good overview what I want in many of my life categories. But I didn't think about the Why, the How or my Premises. Thanks to Lifebook I know now SO much more about my own dream life! Now I can achieve it because I know where I want to go.

When I did Lifebook in spring 2017 I came across Jon's picture of his body at the age of 29 and 49. The picture fascinated me and challenged my subconscious to believe that everybody has to look and feel old just because it has been born a certain number of years ago. The picture also inspired me to set a goal for…

I started the HoloBody program because I wanted to feel better and be healthier. But it turned into so much more than that. It became a journey that changed not only me but also my family and friends. When I first started, I wasn't sure what to expect, but I trusted the process. The program talked about the mind, body…

As the founder and owner of a beautiful global brand called Healing Hotels of the World with over 115 hotels in all continents, I was always facing financial challenges. Being happy in a healthy body and loving relationship with my husband and my daughter, the only struggle was money. I have done many many many…

I got even more than I bargained for and became an altogether different person. Not only did I win energy from doing this, but I also gained a transformation in mind, body, and soul... I have learned one very fundamental rule that I will live by now because Wildfit has had such a profound effect on me and that is "what we we put into our bodies" is key to our functioning correctly.

Before Lifebook, I had no clue what my life mission could possibly be. I am a bit of a loner, don't like corporate jobs and always stated (half-apologetically) that my life mission must be dreaming if anyone would pay me money for that. Thanks to Lifebook, I found out that my life mission actually IS dreaming! Now, I…
