First of all, my name is Hamed, I am 29 years old. I am Iranian but right now I study master's of computer science in Germany. Before Lifebook, I didn't have clearly defined goals in most of the 12 categories. I didn't thought about the purpose in each category and never took the time to write my visions down. Thanks to Lifebook, I faced all my strengths and weaknesses in each category, what I never did before, like this. And now, my life is…

Before Lifebook I already had a good overview what I want in many of my life categories. But I didn't think about the Why, the How or my Premises. Thanks to Lifebook I know now SO much more about my own dream life! Now I can achieve it because I know where I want to go.

When I did Lifebook in spring 2017 I came across Jon's picture of his body at the age of 29 and 49. The picture fascinated me and challenged my subconscious to believe that everybody has to look and feel old just because it has been born a certain number of years ago. The picture also inspired me to set a goal for…

I started the HoloBody program because I wanted to feel better and be healthier. But it turned into so much more than that. It became a journey that changed not only me but also my family and friends. When I first started, I wasn't sure what to expect, but I trusted the process. The program talked about the mind, body…

As the founder and owner of a beautiful global brand called Healing Hotels of the World with over 115 hotels in all continents, I was always facing financial challenges. I have learned one very fundamental rule that I will live by now because Wildfit has had such a profound effect on me and that is "what we we put into our bodies" is key to our functioning correctly.

Before Lifebook, I had no clue what my life mission could possibly be. I am a bit of a loner, don't like corporate jobs and always stated (half-apologetically) that my life mission must be dreaming if anyone would pay me money for that. Thanks to Lifebook, I found out that my life mission actually IS dreaming! Now, I…

Before the certification, my life was a guess from the nutrition point of view. I was looking for information on the internet and from real case scenarios where I could get inspired regarding nutrition and supplements. After taking the nutrition coaching program with MV and Viome, I turned to precision nutrition and…

I've found it is all too easy to become thoroughly intimidated and overwhelmed by all the information out there about coaching and more so for business coaching. The metaphorical tools Michael Neill gives you are beautifully simple - a flashlight and mirror - which distills the essence of coaching into seeing what is…

Before this program, I was caught up in my thinking, tried to heal and overcome my trauma and struggled with manifesting. Through Duality I got all these tools that bring me back to being present and playfully run energy which then had a powerful impact in all areas of my life. I could stop overanalyzing everything…
