When I started this Quest I was very excited on how we would grow or get to learn our "super brain" and how we could explore and train it. I filled up like Alice in Wonderland in the 21 days that this quest took. Impatiently, I waited and looked forward to the new lesson with Sonia every day. Recognizing my own ego less as an adversary and more as a collaborator, tuning in to receive quidance, how to be a fire dancer ore finding 19 different approaches to…

I have discovered for myself in the last years, through the work of Wim Hof, the benefits of breath-work. I've practiced somatic breathing exercises to enhance my well-being, releasing emotional stress, and the signs of stress in my body like muscle stiffness. I've been through many courses in mindvalley and this quest…

Highly recommend it to anyone! Thank you Nir Eyal!

I love Mindvalley, as I have trained within this community for several years, now. I have transformed different aspects of my life during several Quests -mind, body, spirit, but ... experiencing and experimenting with my Energetic Body, connecting with thin spirit, through Astral Projection, seemed to be, the ultimate…

With the greatest joy I am taking the time to share with you my personal experience about this wonderful Quest. Since a longer time I believe in no coincidences but in determinations. On 26.08 early in the morning I received the email of taking the quest. On the same day at about 16:00 CET a tsunami has hit my heart…
