At the beginning of this year, I suffered from acute renal failure and on top of that caught COVID-19, so my chances of suffering from a serious infection were tremendously higher than before. During that time, however, I learned how strong my body and mind are and I recovered fully from my serious illness and had a…

Before Lifebook I already had a good overview what I want in many of my life categories. But I didn't think about the Why, the How or my Premises. Thanks to Lifebook I know now SO much more about my own dream life! Now I can achieve it because I know where I want to go.

The picture fascinated me and challenged my subconscious to believe that everybody has to look and feel old just because it has been born a certain number of years ago. The picture also inspired me to set a goal for…

I started the HoloBody program because I wanted to feel better and be healthier. But it turned into so much more than that. It became a journey that changed not only me but also my family and friends. When I first started, I wasn't sure what to expect, but I trusted the process. The program talked about the mind, body…

I have learned one very fundamental rule that I will live by now because Wildfit has had such a profound effect on me and that is "what we we put into our bodies" is key to our functioning correctly.
