Before this program, I struggled with weight loss and couldn’t figure out the right diet for me—or why I wasn’t losing weight despite trying. WildFit not only helped me lose 25 pounds in 13 weeks, but it also gave me a deep understanding of how my body reacts to food and why what I was eating was working against me.
I used to think I was eating healthy simply because of labels like “organic” or “low-fat,” but I had no idea how much sugar and processed ingredients were sabotaging my progress. WildFit taught me to truly listen to my body and nourish it based on what it needs, not out of habit or tradition.
One of the biggest eye-openers was learning how the food industry markets products. Realizing that even organic-labeled foods could be loaded with sugar completely blew my mind. The education I received from WildFit changed the way I approach food, health, and self-care.
I loved the program because I’ve seen real, lasting results, not just in my weight and dress size, but in my overall health and energy. I’m excited to continue living the WildFit lifestyle, now that I understand how to choose the right foods for me. And if I ever decide to enjoy something outside the plan, I now know how to realign myself through seasonal strategies to stay on track.
The entire process, from the daily videos and live discussions to hearing others share their wins and struggles—kept me motivated and committed. WildFit has truly been life-changing.
