At 23, I have struggled with energy levels, nutrition and my weight for the past 4 years of University. Under university meal plans, finding good food options were incredibly hard to find, and moving to a different country, I had no idea what was necessarily good for me to eat. But WildFit held my hand, and guided me through it, especially through some of the hard decisions like giving up bread everyday.
Wildfit has given me a framework for planning good nutrition for my body, and most importantly, it showed me what good nutrition even looks like.
I lost about 15lbs, during the program, a couple inches of my waist too, and my inner thighs, and arms(which surprised me the most). I even did the 3 day fast, and even though it was still bit to go through, it was the easiest 3day fast I've done, and I think my body was just already well provided for beforehand, and I had a better relationship with my hungers, and less impulses to eat.
