"When we gave up food for the 12 weeks it was very easy I did not miss anything. It was a breeze"

I have been overweight all my life even at boarding school I was overweight by about 14 lbs. My life has constantly been dieting the more unusual ones were “the F- plan” “The drinking persons diet” “The Cabbage diet”. Having a grapefruit before each meal, and many many more. Each one I would think this is the one.
I failed at all of them. Made me have very low self esteem as I always put the weight back on and then some. If I had saved my money I would now be a very rich woman ???.

This year alone I have been on three diets not counting Wildfit. They all failed I am in 72 years and I had begun to realise that this was how I was going to be for the rest of what little life I had left. With COVID I new that I could not get this as it would probably be a death sentence as I have high blood pressure, pre-diabetic, arthritis, and late last year I cracked vertebrae so movement is not good. I also have suffered from depression throughout my life.

When I was 20 I became a Cordon Bleu Chief I have always been a good advert for my food???. I still love cooking.

Everything changed once I joined Wildfit. It was mad Eric said I could eat anything I wanted, oh yes, please! What I found very interesting was that when we gave up food for the 12 weeks it was very easy I did not miss anything. It was a breeze.

The first thing to go was the pain in my knees that used to wake me up in the night.
The better sleep.
The depression has gone I feel so much happier.
21 inches from around my body and also 21lbs.
Yes I have more weight to lose 98lbs, but I can now see this happening.

Treating myself to new clothes as I go down the sizes. The support of the tribe has been brilliant and of course the coaches. I am so very pleased that Wildfit came up in my newsfeed
Thank you Eric from the bottom of my much fitter heart
