"The last time I looked like this was when I did a bodybuilding show in my 20’s"

Before this programme I was on a serious quest to live a healthier lifestyle I’d already complete Eric sugar free challenge was eating a vegetarian diet keto and carb loading and had lost 4 stone in 4 years I had breast and lymphatic cancer 6 years ago when recovering fell of a ladder renovated my House so liked to think I was fairly healthy I loved cheese and chocolate and the occasional glass of wine.

During wildfit was really not expecting to much as exercised daily and was happy with my body shape. I cannot express enough how I feel so fantastic and will certainly not be having any alcohol, dairy or chocolate again and to my biggest surprise I’m eating meat and fish again which I’m throughly enjoying
The last time I looked like this was when I did a bodybuilding show in my 20’s and at 56 yrs old I’m doing yoga daily and can even do the splits. Thank you so much Eric you have given me so much confidence feel not only like a new woman but a super being lol x
