"Thank to WildFit program I managed to lose a lot of weight and get back my self-esteem"

Thank to WildFit program I managed to lose a lot of weight and get back my self esteem. Is not about a diet, but a way of life.
The program has helped to recognize the mental processes behind cravings. The journey has just started with the completion of the 13 weeks program; I am determined to keep going and improve day by day my health. Grateful to Eric for the creation of the WildFit program and to Vishen for Mindvalley.
