WILDFIT

"So far I am down 43 pounds (from 352 to 309), 40 inches overall and 6 BMI points"

I stumbled onto Wildfit accidentally and knew instantly that this program was different than any other program I’ve ever done before. Eric walked us through every step showing us how to overcome the food devil and sugar monster making it easy to not choose the non-foods.

With a change of Mindset and not willpower the last 90 days has been a gift and I am so looking forward to the next 90 days and seeing my continued progress.

So far I am down 43 pounds (from 352 to 309), 40 inches overall and 6 BMI points. I can’t even describe all the other things this program has done for me, but I know I am well on my way to reaching my remaining goals of no meds, no pain, better muscle strength and 125 more pounds to release.
Thank you Eric and everyone in Wildfit and Mindvalley for this wonderful program!!!!
