"Food ruled my life, now I have the freedom to live my life on my terms without thinking about food"

Before I enrolled in Wildfit, I was struggling with chronic fatigue (since 1996). It took me years to uncover that I was sick from chronic stress (job-related) and heavy metal/multiple chemical toxicities, but those were the root causes. I have tried so many different programs over the years, some with better success than others, but always falling short of real health.
Wildfit has made a huge difference and took me to a whole new level of wellness. I have more to do, but I am committed to continuing this journey as it has accelerated my detox and allowed deep healing.
My husband told me today that I looked like I had lost weight. I didn’t expect that. Yay!
I have dropped four pounds since the beginning of the program, and 8.7 inches. Do I wish it were more? Yes, at first I did wish that. But the reality is, the only way I could lose weight before was by severely limiting my calories (1200/day), and a keto diet (which included a lot of dairy), both of which were not sustainable long-term. I gained back everything I lost (33 pounds) on a keto diet. On Wildfit, no dairy, and no calorie counting; I really didn’t allow myself to get hungry at any time, I ate within the guidelines, and I ate a LOT. So those four pounds reflect actual/true weight loss; pounds that will stay gone, and not creep back.
I did finally stop eating so much after I filled up on the right nutrients. I was definitely nutrient-deficient before Wildfit.
Wildfit has permanently changed the way I think about food. Learning the psychology behind why we overeat is a true game-changer in making this into a healthy lifestyle, and making it stick.
Food ruled my life, now I have the freedom to live my life on my terms without thinking about food, and without feeling I'm bound to food by some hidden emotion or because I'm nutrient-deficient. That's true Food Freedom, and that's what Wildfit promises, and what it delivers. Thank you so much, Eric Edmeades, our Wildfit Coaches, and Mindvalley for this amazing program! I am so deeply grateful I jumped in and did it.

"The biggest win of the quest was that I had a blood test done on week 12 of the programme and it came back promising"

Before enrolling in this Quest, just a month prior to the start of the quest, I had a bad bout of food poisoning. I was vomiting and having diarrhoea from just about anything I ate. I couldn’t pin point it to a particular type of food. Nor was I able to see what I was sensitive to. What...

"On WildFit I've eliminated the bulk of the foods that have been aggravating the inflammation and Fibromyalgia symptoms and I know I will continue to improve."

I realized 6 months ago that sticking to a "diet" where I deny myself certain foods was only sustainable for 2 - 3 months, then my will power would fizzle out and I'd start eating carbs and sugars again and put the weight back on and more. So I'd pretty much given up on ever losing the excess wei...
