"Now that I have lost 19 pounds, I am breathing more deeply and naturally"

I started the Wild Fit Quest because I was carrying too much weight, having trouble with breathing and sleeping well. I also had trouble with high sugar and blood pressure. Now that I have lost 19 pounds, I am breathing more deeply and naturally. I no longer use blood pressure medicine. I can tell by how I feel that my blood sugar is more normal although it has not yet been tested. I still have weight to lose, but I am positive that I will achieve my goal as I continue on my health quest. My body still has some internal healing and "upgrading" to do, but I am very happy with the results of the last 3 months!
